Take a look at this wallpaper at Hygge & West, designed by Emily Isabella in Minneapolis. If you know me at all you know that I’m not a fan of the circus. Don’t get me wrong the acrobats, clowns and fire-eaters make me happy, but the animals…not so much. The movie Dumbo makes me cry every time I watch. This wallpaper has a touch of vintage mixed with whimsy and gives me just enough circus without any tears.

Take a look at these beautiful handmade wristlets from ReFind Originals. Anita Hopper of ReFind Originals continues to amaze me with her gorgeous pieces from purses to earrings, Anita has you covered in the accessory department. Her pieces are all handmade with 100% recycled leather. She does custom work as well, she’ll take that special leather piece that was great back in the day but continues to hang in your closet. She will take that piece and make a completely new accessory just for you. Gotta love Anita!

Ever since we got an iPad our kids have been obsessed with what new game can we buy. Of course Angry Birds, Marvel, Star Wars and Girl Dress Up games are the main topic of discussion, but the only reason we bought the iPad was to have continued learning and growth with the educational games that the App Store had to offer. As we were browsing through the Apps, we stumbled on this colorful little shape game. It may not be very left brained educational, but it does build and exercise the creative side of the brain that we as parents, so want to nurture in our children. They absolutely love it, there is so much they can do with these little shapes to make their own creations. Please check it out next time you’re looking for something to build extra creativity. Can you believe it…Back to School time is just around the corner! My kids are getting super excited for school to start and I’m getting excited to have a little more time for myself. Maybe I’ll actually get some work done. My youngest Elias will be starting Kindergarten this year and he surprisingly loves to try on his new uniform clothes and come downstairs to model. It is a complete 180 from his normal basketball shorts and Star Wars T-shirt attire.

Three cheers for Back to School ! ! ! Check out this sweet little collection of twenty-four stamp shape stickers, each with a different design created by Tea & Ceremony.

Here is a nice group of skateboard designs designed by my husband Mark Helton. He has always been a huge fan of the sport, artwork and culture. These are based on places of times gone by when he used to skate as a kid. You can check them out on his personal website PestFrnd.
